"I have tried to save money in the past by neglecting to blow out my sprinkler system for multiple years. I am sad I did because I have had to dig up and replace valves and sprinklers due to them freezing and breaking. Regardless of what some people say that it doesn't help, I know it does because the years I have blown them out I didn't have to repair anything on the system in the springtime when I started the system up again.
